Conditioning begins August 14th and tryouts begin August 21st.

Non-refundable registration fee is $400, payable to Waubonsie Valley Hockey Club. Fee includes tryouts and pre-season conditioning.  Fee and all forms are due on August 15th, 2023.   No player will be allowed to participate unless fee is paid and required forms are signed. Please submit payment and all forms to Warrior registrar Jeff Klimes at check-in on the first night of conditioning.

Also required:

1.  Copy of birth certificate (new players only!)
2.  Copy of your current USA Hockey Registration letter for 2023/2024 (all players).

Please print, review, and sign the following required hard copy forms.

1. 2023/2024 Player Financial Agreement
2. 2023/2024 Medical Authorization Form
3. 2023/2024 Player Code of Conduct
4. Direct Debit Form
5. Safe Sports Training (Certificate of Completion) (required to complete if birth year is 2006 or earlier)
